Curious to know if you can add leads from Facebook Lead Ads to Google Sheets. Facebook Allows you to run “Lead Ads” that allow you to capture your lead information directly from Facebook Ad. Lead Ads are a great way to get more leads as the ad viewers do not have to go through the process of visiting your website and then fill up a form.
This is how a Fb lead ad works.
As an advertiser on Facebook, you can access all your leads on your Forms Library
Using the above options, you can download the leads in CSV format.
However, it is really not very intuitive to download the leads manually.
Google Sheet is a great collaboration tool and it would be much better if all leads from Facebook Lead Ads would come on Google Sheets automatically.
You can add the Facebook Lead Ads to Google Sheet in different ways.
- Integrate Facebook Leads Ads to Google Sheets via Zapier/Integromat
- Integrate Facebook Lead Ads to Google Sheet via Webhooks (requires coding knowledge)

How to test the integration?
Facebook Allows you to send test lead ads using a Lead Ads Testing Tool
With the tool, you can create and delete test leads for your forms; however, you cannot use the tool in developer mode.
You can create one test lead per form. You’ll need to delete an existing lead in order to create a new one.
Once a lead is sent, you will be able to find the lead on Google Sheets
Integromat free plan offers uptown 1000 tasks per month, so if your usage is more than that, you will have to upgrade to a paid plan.
You can also send the leads using web hooks. Here’s a useful guide for the same – https://github.com/simmatrix/facebook-leads-google-sheets-integration
